Yale Acres Community Center

Landmark Architects is in the process of designing a 50,000 SF Community Center to support the adjacent Yale Acres neighborhood. The Center will also act as an emergency refuge. The building will hold a gymnasium, pool, daycare, kitchen, classrooms, and future offices of the Meriden Housing Authority. The building will be Energy Star rated.
