Project Description

Landmark Architects P.C. designed a new building that replaced a 22 unit condominium building of Crown Village, that had perished due to a fire. The new building was designed to meet all the updated codes while providing the 22 individual owners with a suitable replacement of what they had lost in the fire while following the exterior aesthetics of the Crown Village complex. The project involved the mediation of several stakeholders including: the 22 unit owners, the condominium association, the insurance company , and the contractor.
