Project Description

Landmark Architects worked in conjunction with CDR Maguire on the design of the new Francis T. Patnaude Inter-Municipal Pump Station for the City of Middletown. The new pump station is scheduled to begin construction fall of 2016 and will replace the existing city sewage treatment plant and will be connected to the Mattabassett District’s Water Pollution Control Facility. As project architects, Landmark is responsible for the building’s design. Using brick and standard precast details the building was designed to blend with the existing architecture of the City of Middletown. This building is anticipated to become a main feature along East Main Street once Route-9 has been redesigned.
