Project Description

The City of Waterbury enlisted the expertise of Landmark Architects to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study aimed at assessing the structural integrity of this building before embarking on negotiations for its acquisition. This study explored the prospect of removing a floor above the second level to create an independent black box performance area and looked at potential uses for adjacent spaces that would complement this envisioned development.
