Project Description
This project included two of the three buildings constructed along Route 84 in Farmington, Connecticut, as part of a complex for top 500 Corporations in the Hartford area. Each three-story building is approximately 115,000 square feet with surface parking in nearby. Tenant spaces vary from 3,000 square feet to 20,000 square feet. This Class A building has granite entry areas with high-end finishes. Large floor plates insure maximum flexibility.
