Project Description
Landmark Architects was retained to design a new concession stand and restrooms for the town residents at the Clinton town beach. The building, on the water, was designed to coastal standards allowing potential flood waters to move through the building so as not to damage the structure. The decorative block and heavy vinyl siding gives the building the right image for a New England seaside location.
