Project Description
For this project, Landmark Architects created a base set of plans for each floor of this 1896 historical factory building, as part of the process of converting the old factory into a business incubator space. The project includes the design and preparation of construction documents for the existing three stair enclosures showing new stairs and elevators designed to meet current building code. Landmark was also tasked with creating a set of exterior building elevations showing building heights and additions. This incubator building supports a variety of small business.
