Project Description
Landmark Architects provided design services for nine, new-construction, multi-family residences in New Haven as part of a neighborhood revitalization initiative. The two- and three-story wood structures were planned to blend with the existing streetscapes and enhance the pre-existing blighted properties. The project incorporated city and historical design standards to achieve the appropriate “vintage” appearance while including contemporary amenities. All the buildings were designed to meet Energy Star standards and will provide prospective owners with a quality base to grow from.
