South Fire District Building Renovations & Addition

Landmark Architects was selected through the normal RFP process to design the $1.1M addition to the South Fire District Facility. The addition included new dormitories, offices, locker rooms, and a lounge. Our changes expanded the dormitory facility to include male and female fire fighters, provided increased space for the training room, equipment room, gym, and larger offices for the Chief and Lieutenant. The addition meets all program needs and improves flow of operations and personnel throughout the building and the site around the building.
