Project Description
While preserving its distinctive exterior and interior woodwork detailing this building underwent a complete interior renovation bringing the Gorham Town Hall into the 21st century. The 20,000 SF, three-story structure was built in 1917 and had undergone several use changes over its long history. The newly-renovated building, on the National Register, now houses town offices, police services, and a 300-seat community theater with balcony.
