Project Description
Landmark Architects is developing a basic design for affordable passive houses. The project incorporates Passive House design aspects, and is designed to be meet various energy certification standards, including: PHIUS-ZERO 2021; ENERGY STAR; USDOE Zero Ready Energy Home; EPA-Indoor airPLUS; and EPA-Water Sense. All appliances and lighting fixtures will me Energy Star requirements, and all plumbing will meet EPA-Water Sense standards.
