Project Description
This 1970s-vintage life care community project was designed as a phased construction project that included the addition of 20 living units, a swimming pool, and service areas. Community spaces and the dining room were expanded. Renovations included all room finishes, bathrooms, and the heating and air conditioning systems. Structural modifications allowed skylights to be added to corridors in the facility. Work was conducted while residents were living in spaces, which required careful coordination during construction.
