Project Description

Landmark Architects was selected to provide design and engineering services to create an infill home at 384 Blatchley Avenue in New Haven. The two-level home includes three bedrooms and a two-car garage for a total of 2,363 square feet of living space. Work on the project was contracted to local small-business owners. The house is Energy Star complaint and part of a continued revitalization program through the Livable City Initiative agency.
