Project Description

This new 700-seat theater was designed for national touring shows of specific size, to compliment the larger Palace Theater in downtown Stamford. The project included an adjacent black box theater, along with offices, and studio space for Connecticut Public Television. This versatile theater has a complete stage area and dressing rooms. Architect of Record: Landmark Architects, P.C., formerly Wendler Pizzo Architects. Design Architect: Richard Coats.
