Greenwich Catholic School – Upper School

This $1.7M project was a renovation and addition to the existing Upper School of Greenwich Catholic School, totaling 12,000 SF. The scope of the renovation included the addition of three classrooms, renovated ADA compliant bathrooms, a new energy efficient HVAC system, maintenance free exterior trim and a new roof. This project had previously been over budget with a different architect. Landmark worked with the contractor to complete the project within the budget.
