Project Description

While preserving its distinctive exterior and interior woodwork detailing this building underwent a complete interior renovation bringing the Gorham Town Hall into the 21st century. The 20,000 square foot, 3-story structure was built in 1917 and had undergone several use changes over its long history. The newly renovated building on the National Register now houses Town administration offices, police services, the Town’s 300-seat community theater with balcony and home for the area Masonic Temple. The Masons initially built the building for Town uses back in 1917.
